Colonel: I am directed by His Excellency Govr Yates to request you to send by first train tomorrow (22nd). to K. H. Fell at Bloomington Ills. a 6 lb brass cannon with 150 Rounds ammunition, to be used at the mass meeting there on the 24th inst.
Be sure and send it please as the Governor is anxious to have it done.
