Major L. F. Stoddard & G. W. Bolt of Fayette County in this State desire to see some of the prisoners lately arrested in Chicago and now confined in Camp Douglas.
I recommend them as loyal and respectable citizens and respectfully request that they be allowed to see the prisoners.
Any statement made by Dr Stoddard may be received with confidence.
