In taking the liberty of writing to you, I only asking if you need a man as Soldier which ben 10 years Officer by the Artillery in West Indies from which place he kann show you his paper of leave, and as Officer I will be willing as a Citizen of Ills. to take the Same situation if necessary,; I will go off
