Our News Papers an a great many of your [illegible] member in both Houses of Congress say that the Whisky [illegible] are to much for you for they say that the Tax on Whisky can not be collected, but I say it can. Tax the capasity of evry still in the land, and than Fine evry Revenue Office that conive with the Owners, say Imprisonment for 10 years and a fine 10 Thousand dollars or confiscat the Still

and my word for it we will collect evry dollar be men the Republican Part expects you to be men, I would like to have last year Post Office Reports and any other doucments that would be interesting
