I would respectfully offer my services to you for the hundred days service or any other if you have need of me. I have been in the three months service, was discharged having served out my time, then enlisted in the 16th Regt. Wis. Vols., was promoted to 1st Lieut and resigned that position on account of the illness of my wife, and now I am ready for service again - I would like to obtain & make a model Regt for precision of drill
&c. I have been in service nearly three years.
