Permit me to recommend to your favorable consideration the name of ___ McCrellis of this city for an appointment as one of the field officers of a cavarly Regiment. I think him qualified and well adapted to the post that may be assigned him. He is a true genuine Loyal man, and all such men are entitled to respect, in these days of treachery and duplicity
