The Bearer J. B. Henderson a citizen of our county (McLean) desires to visit Nashville for the purpose of procureing the discharge or a furlough for John M. Green a Private in Company F. Reg 116 who has been Sick a long time at Chatanoga & Nashville - any assistance you may see fit to render Mr. Henderson in this matter will be duly appreciated. Yours truly
