                         Dear Sir:

                                      I would like to know if there is no redress for roberies committed by Soldiers?  When the 62'd. passed through here on their way south last week, the broke in my door and stole property to the amount of Thirty five dollars.  If this comes from our friends, what should we have to expect from our Enemies
