Sir I seat myself this morning to write you a few lines to know if you have done anything in getting my son a discharge I sent you you a letter and a certificate from Dr [Stoner?] and want to know if you have got it and if there can anything done or if you are doing anything about it my son is at home now on a sick furlough and he is not well yet [not?] I dont know whether he can ever will be as not I want an answer from you this week if possible Please to answer and oblige me Yours
