I wish to make a request of you and if you can do anything for me I should be very thankfull I belong to the C. 112. Ills. Vol. inf Col Thomas J Henderson commanding my name id George W Frisbie I have the heart disease I have been unable to do duty for one year and I would like to have my discharge but the dastler [?] Wilson will not do anything with me
