Governor R Yates
It is our purpose to have a Grand - Union Rally on the 8th of September at Havana. You will be requested by our Committee to be with us on that Occasion I hope You Can make it Convinant to Come Your many Friends would be highly Gratifyed to welcome You to the County of Mason Please answer both the Committe and myself Giving to us the assurance that you will be with us,
