I would thank your excelency for an order for a transfur. I am in the 3d St. Hospital, Keokuk, Iowa. and would like very much to be transfured to my own State. whare my parrents reside I would like to go to Chicago. or Springfield Hospital. I live about 80 miles from Chicago. and prefer to go thair if you will grant me this privilege.
My right arm is shot off. I have spoak about a discharge but thay have don nothing about it yet. I would like to get thair as soon as posible.
