I do not wish you to think me troublesome or a "bore," But I am urged by [Henry?] to drop you this line, The Senate & House will have adjourned ere this reaches you. By not hearing, or receiving anything from you on the subject Henry has almost dispaired of Success, But he has the utmost Confidence, that you Can and will finally succeed.
