Did not the Republicans of Phila, know your patriotism and ability, the opposition shown you by the hissing "copperheads" of your Legislature, would make us honor you and I doubt not that the late message which they so virulently opposed was but an enunciation of the first principles of loyalty and freedom.
I take the liberty of soliciting a copy for binding
