Springfield.
Dr Sir.
In compliance with the request in you letter of Feby 13. Enclosed you will find a list of the most prominent and active Union Men in this County together with their Post offices as near as I can find out. I believe all on this list can be relied on as Union Men. If at any time I can be of advantage to you in the promotion of the good cause you can make such drafts on my line as you may think proper.
