On verso: "John and Elizabeth, nee Lee, Cameron. John and Elizabeth Cameron moved with their seven children to Hancock County, Ills. in 1832. The names of each of these seven children and those to whom they were afterwards married were as follows: Susan married William Dye; James married Almira Ballou; Sarah married Stokeley Rhea; Kiziah married Henry Robinson; Elisha married Elizabeth Roberts, Francis married R. R. Owen and Margaret married Moses F. Printy."
