Description
The Norris Lake Dam in Tennessee provides viewing space for spectators of the Norris Lake Regatta. The Judge's Barge is visible in the upper center portion of the image. The construction of the Norris Dam was the first major project commissioned by the Tennessee Valley Authority in 1933.
