A C County of Chicago informs me that the Governor desires my Services as a member of a Sanitary Committee to visite all the Camps of Ills boys in Service and look after their general Welfare I learn that Church and Cassell who are members of Said committee have already gone. I write to ascertain whether my Services are Still desired and if so what arrangements have been made. When can I meet or reach the balance of Committee? If I am immediately required telegraph otherwise write
