Springfield Ill June 12th 1862

I hereby Certify that I have carefully examined Sandamon Edmonson and find that he has an injury of the clavicle in which the ligament attaching it to the scapular was destroyed thereby producing an artificial joint, also Hemorrhoids rendering him permanently disabled and unfit for duty of a soldiers life and respectfully recommend his discharge.
