Mrs Campion of this city, the wife of Capt. John W. Campion of Comp. D. 63 Reg. Ills. Vols wishes to join her husband who is ill in Jackson Tenn. She has been told that it is necessary to have a pass in order to do so.

I write in her behalf to ask that favor if necessary. By granting

this request you will confer a great favor on an anxious wife & very much oblige
