Allow me to recommend to your favorable consideration Mr. “Abia Minor,” of Bloomington in this State. Mr. A. Minor, wishes to obtain a situation in some of the Military “Hospitals,” He is a young man of some considerable practical experiance in medicine. He is desirous of obtaining a letter of recommendation from you to the “Surgeon General”
