I would state that I was Veterinary Surgeon to 2nd Ky Cavalry Being employed by Genl Sherman when he was in command at Louisville But was obliged to give up my position at Boonville Missisippi immediately after the evacuation of Corinth owing to haveing had Chronic Diareha

I desire to enter the service again
