Thomas S. Mather having tendered his resignation as Adjutant General of this State, and his resignation having been accepted by me I have tendered to Allen C Fuller the appointment as his successor.
Said Fuller is the present acting Adjutant General of this State by my request, and as such his orders will respected by you.
